With the weather much in the news, we wanted to just assure our customers that we are operating as normal and, indeed, have seen something of an increase in requests for
spares and consumables, possibly as a result of other companies struggling to cope with the conditions.
Our location gives us a fairly unique advantage: we have a Parcel Force depot five minutes away and, by hand delivering goods to them, can ensure that they have the best possible chance of being delivered the next day.
We have good stocks of
hot foil tape and
type,
thermal transfer ribbons and
printheads and various other spares parts.
If the extreme cold is testing you current coding technologies, especially those were the viscosity of an ink has to be tightly controlled, we may be able to help. Our
thermal inkjet printer uses an HP cartridge that can be easily removed from the printer when not in operation and, because of its very nature, generates heat to keep it running. Similarly, our
hot foil coder is immune to ambient conditions as it has its own heaters and can be supplied from stock in a bench-top framework to allow offline coding of almost any packaging in its flat form. We can also supply, ex-stock, hot foil coder kits for mounting online.
If you need something, why not
call us. We’ll always do everything we can to help, come hell, high water, or even some snow and ice!
