Q. What range of inks does Rotech offer?

A. In partnership with APS, Rotech offers well over 100 different fluids (inks, additives, cleaners, etc.) for all major industrial ink jet printers (small and large character printers) used for product marking. This makes us one of the suppliers with the largest selection of jet printing inks on the market today.

Our consumables are used in a wide variety of applications in many industries, including packaging, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, plastics and cables, electronics, addressing and personalization.


Q. How will I find the right consumables for my particular equipment and application?

A. We offer so-called ‘plug-and-play inks’ that correspond 100% to the inks supplied by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).

Q. Does Rotech supply other inks, apart from the plug-and-play ones?

A. Yes, we also offer inks for which the OEM has no comparable fluid. They have been developed to meet special requests by customers and are 100% adapted to those customers’ printers.

Q. Can I choose what type of ink to use in my equipment?

A. Yes. Just as you can put any kind of compatible fuel in your car, you also use consumables of your choice in your inkjet printers, so long as they are compatible with the printers and meet the requirements of the application. With the ability to choose your ink supplier you eliminate potential monopoly pricing from the OEM.

Q. Do we need any kind of refitting before making the change?

A. No. All standard products are 100% compatible with the original and can therefore be used in the printer without preparation. It’s not necessary to flush the printer.

Q. How safe are my ink jet printers if I use Rotech consumables?

A. As they have the same characteristics as the original products, Rotech consumables do not negatively affect the operation of your ink jet printers.

Q. The OEM said that if I use Rotech consumables I will void my warranty. Is that correct?

A. As a consumer you have the right to use the most cost-effective consumables and spare parts for your inkjet printers (so long as the functionality of your printers is not compromised). By using compatible fluids the OEM cannot void your warranty; this is a statutory right.

Q. What can we do if we have technical problems?

A. We have access to a specialist technical team with significant experience in the servicing of ink jet printers.
