Coding and Marking of 50 litre plastic bags.
The application:
Application consists in the marking of 20, 30 and 50 litres plastic bags with a one line of alphanumeric characters.
Marking is made while the bag is vertically positioned in the filling machine and it needs to be performed on two machines.
Customer need:
The environment was very dusty and required an equipment able to withstand it.
Customer was looking for maintenance free solution as his current 2 CIJ machines (Linx and Imaje) generated too much production downtime.
