Coding and marking specialist Rotech is to showcase its new RF1 range of stack to stack feeders at the PPMA Show - NEC Birmingham 27th-29th September Stand A60

These systems can feed a wide range of packaging and can be "easily moved between production lines. In addition, the RF1 range offers a choice of high-speed feeding system matching requirements.

'After the initial UK launch of the new friction unit earlier this year, we are excited to introduce the shuttle and vacuum units to the rest of the UK market,' said Rotech director Chris Baker.

The Rotech RF1 range of feeding systems is designed to handle a wide range of products, one system has the ability to serve several production lines and offers fast changeover between batches.

Fitted with the right type of printer/labeler these systems can address a range of coding and marking applications, such as; carton coding, sleeve coding, blister card coding, coding Tyvek pouches, even printing seed packs with all the information relating to the product inside. These systems save stock of preprinted products and provide only the packs that are needed, when they are needed.

The are 3 basic models in the RF1 range:

RF1 - Friction Feeder. Ideal for blister cards, lidding material, seed packets, pouches, etc.
RF1 - Shuttle Feeder. Ideal for sleeves, flat cartons, booklets, etc
RF1 - Vacuum Feeder. Ideal for polybags, crashlock cartons, resealable pouches, asymmetric products, etc
