Rotech Coder 60

Developed to maximize quality and efficiency, and minimize costs and maintenance, the Rotech Coder 60 has proved to be extremely popular in the packaging and print industry. It can be mounted on packaging machines and label dispensers, used manually by fixing onto a table stand, or fitted to one of our offline overprinting machines.

Key features of the Rotech Coder 60 are:

• unique foil indexing mechanism for maximum foil economy and minimal maintenance
• fast-change foil magazine, minimising downtime
• foil run-out and foil-break warning, helping to ensure there are no missing codes
• print area up to 60 x 20 mm with print speed up to 400 prints/minute, giving flexibility
• easy installation on a wide range of packaging machines

The coder also has a range of optional items, such as a print delay module, low temperature inhibit system and low air pressure alarm. All controls are housed in the coder or a ‘system pack’ that is supplied pre-wired for mains and coder connection.
