Offline overprinting systems use established feeding system technology and can be fitted with a range of coding and marking technologies including thermal inkjet, thermal transfer, hot foil, laser and label applicators for printing anything from a simple date code to bar code printing.

These systems can handle a range of packaging, from blister cards, plastic bags and cartons to single sheets of paper and, if required, employ a stack to stack feeding process

Other features are:

• ability to easily add OCR, OCV, bar code inspection and reject systems

Offline overprinting machines

We can offer you two types of offlline overprinting systems:

• automatic systems - The RF1 is a range of high performance, high volume offline overprinter systems that uses 3 forms of established feeding system technology where the products are fed stack-to stack.
• semi-automatic systems -  simple bench-mounted offline systems for low volumes
