For complex projects we make a charge for the consultancy phase, but this can be amortised in subsequent equipment purchase. We always try to find both the best financial and technical solutions for our customers.

Technical training
Rotech offers training courses on all our equipment, tailored to your needs, whatever industry you are in, including the food and beverage, medical and healthcare, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
We provide training on-site or at our factory.
Delivery
We use Parcelforce next-day delivery for the UK, with online tracking for parcels. Parcelforce are part of the Royal Mail Group, and we use a range of their services for smaller items. Same-day delivery is also available when required.
We also have established links with freight forwarders for larger deliveries overseas.
Servicing and repairs
Rotech offer a range of annual service plans, depending on your precise requirements. Whether you are seeking onsite or return-to-base service, we have a plan that is right for you:
Our service contracts and warranties are available either customised or as a standard package, depending on individual needs.
We have field service engineers available for both on-site and factory-based repairs and servicing of all Rotech equipment.
In addition, our engineers can visit your premises regularly to carry out preventative maintenance and to ensure that you’re getting optimum performance and print quality from your coding and marking machines.
