Engineer / Innovator

We manufacture systems used to feed and print/label products in the packaging industry. Our factory in Welwyn Garden City is where it all happens and where we have our design team, our factory and our fleet of 3D printers.
It’s very hands on. Not only do we build machines, but we have to configure them to run a customer’s products and fit them with various accessories, some of which we have never seen before. In addition, we are always innovating, so need somebody with a good grasp of practical engineering that can be turned into designs for commercial systems.
You’ll need to have a gained qualifications to show you have a good, analytical mind, but its aptitude that we are looking for above all else: somebody who can get stuck in and stick at it until the job’s complete.

Trainee Sales Executive
Eager to kickstart a career in sales?

Due to company growth, we are looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual to join our busy, friendly sales team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a trainee, you’ll be working alongside our Sales Managers, assisting to drive the business forward by increasing sales of our range of solutions, as well as building and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
No experience is necessary to apply to this role. However, you must be motivated, keen to learn and have excellent communication skills.
Core responsibilities of the role:
- Assist on sales and service calls
- Identify and qualify sales enquiries
- Carry out product sampling and machine demonstrations – both via video and in-person
- Update and maintain our CRM (customer relationship management) system
- Review performance against targets
- Assist with presentations
- Identify new business opportunities – sales prospecting and market research
- Build up relevant industry knowledge by keeping up to date with industry trends
- Attend tradeshows and exhibitions where required
- Driven by results – keen interest in sales
- Self-motivated and able to prioritise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work well under pressure
- PC literate
Please note that travel, overnight stays and working outside of normal hours to complete tasks/site visits will be expected on occasion, due to the nature of the role.
