At Rotech we design, manufacture and install coding and marking solutions supplied throughout the world to the pharmaceutical, food processing and other industrial sectors.

Due the continued growth of the business, we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our sales support team at our headquarters in Welwyn Garden City.

Key duties include:

  • Handling sales enquiries by whatever means they arrive into the business
  • Producing a detailed, technical, quotation for the recommended solution
  • Raising purchase orders and liaising with the production department
  • Handling queries from our network of overseas resellers
  • Maintaining after-sales contact with customers

Experience of working in a sales office would be desirable, as would be the ability to work with a technical product, matching solutions to applications. The role could suit part time, daytime, working, but would be a year-round position.

Above all else a “can-do” attitude and an aptitude for working in a busy sales environment are paramount along with a good eye for detail.
